Dean gives £500 to Andrew's Fund - 04/09

Dean Johnson recently won the Bernard Matthews Youth Awards in the 'Charity' section for all his hard work and dedication in raising over £6000 in memory of Andrew. The organisers were so impressed by all that Dean has done to raise money for Andrew's fund, for brain tumour research,  and said that he was a very worthy winner. Dean and Andrew were best friends and Andrew would be so proud of Dean for all that he has done in his memory. Dean has already worked so hard at organising many events and raised so much money that we were so pleased when he won the award and wanted him to keep the money for himself, but he decieded to give £500 to Andrew's fund which we feel just goes to show how thoughtful he is and how much Andrew meant to him. Thankyou Dean from all of us.
